wedding planner. This package includes
everything needed to organize a beautiful
and exciting event. Our Full Service Wedding
Planner will help you through the entire
planning process and assist you in finding
everything you need from beginning to end.
Some of the duties that our professional
coordinator will assist with:
- Finding a location
- Scheduling appointments
- Helping with wedding attire
- Finding vendors
- Put together a timeline for wedding day
- Reviewing contracts
- Work with vendors in coordinating and
planning a successful day.
- Answering calls or emails in a timely
manner

On
the wedding day, we arrive as scheduled to
handle all vendors, set up details and
answer any questions anyone may have. We
perform the usual wedding coordinator duties
such as gathering the bridal party, passing
out flowers, assisting the bride, groom,
parents and bridal party in any way. Our
main goal is to be sure that you are relaxed
and stress free. We also help coordinate the
rehearsal of the ceremony. This is a very
important step for us in getting all
ceremony details in place. We run through
rehearsal at least two times so that
everyone is comfortable.
