Coordination. Our Full Service Package
includes a wedding coordinator during the entire
planning process from the beginning to the end.
We assist in finding vendors, schedule
appointments, review contracts, and answer any
and all questions throughout the process.
Wedding Day Only
Planning is the final step in your wedding
planning. You may want to plan your wedding
yourself. Don’t make the mistake of being the
contact person that day.
Around 1 month prior to the wedding date, we
step in and take over. We ask that you give us
your vendor names, phone numbers and all
pertinent information that will help us. We have
you fill out a questionnaire and answer a lot of
questions. We take it from there. We introduce
ourselves to the vendors, set up your timeline
and work out any last minute details that need
to be arranged.
On the wedding day, we arrive as scheduled to
handle all vendors, set up details and answer
any questions anyone may have. We perform the
usual wedding coordinator duties such as
gathering the bridal party, passing out flowers,
assisting the bride, groom, parents and bridal
party in any way. Our main goal is to be sure
that you are relaxed and stress free.
We also help coordinate the rehearsal of the
ceremony. This is a very important step for us
in getting all ceremony details in place. We
run through the rehearsal at least 2 times so
that everyone is comfortable.
